Our Process
1. Consultation - Private listing consultation to meet with you and/or your family to better understand your property and your goals as a seller.

2. Research - Detailed competitive market analysis and research report to better understand your market in real time and determine a competitive and competent list price for your home.

3. Marketing Plan - Development of a bespoke marketing plan for your property including extensive distribution on social media through organic and paid mediums, as well as internal promotion through our network of partner agents and brokers. In addition to the development of a professional, SEO-optimized listing description in partnership with our professional copywriter.

4. Media - Complimentary professional photo and video of your property, including HD photography, video walkthrough, 360 tours, and aerial photo/video if applicable.

5. Listing - Determine the most appropriate listing date based on your needs and the current market demand. Followed by listing your property on all relevant real estate boards, MLS, and a suite of third-party real estate marketing websites.

6. Network Promotion - We will personally reach out to our private network of agents and brokers (1000+ local agents) to identify potential buyers immediately.

7. Socal Media Promotion - Distribution on all major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, & Twitter.

8. Negotiation - With over a decade of experience buying and selling real estate, as well as thousands of hours of sales experience and training, we are uniquely qualified to negotiate competitive deals on behalf of our clients.
